As Executive Vice President of Steel City Capital Funding, David Mengel is responsible for managing the nationwide origination activities for cash flow, second lien and turnaround products.

David previously worked with PNC's Wholesale Bank businesses as the Group Business Manager for the exit/held-for-sale portfolio and served as the Segment Executive for the energy, metals and mining segment of PNC Capital Markets.  Prior to joining PNC in 1998, he worked for Armco Inc., Chase Manhattan Bank and U.S. Steel in a variety of finance and operations roles.

Ilan Yehros is responsible for originating new business in the Western region as a Managing Director at Steel City Capital Funding. Before taking this position, Ilan served as the Western Region Marketing Manager of PNC Business Credit where he managed seven business development officers on the west coast.

Ilan started out at PNC Business Credit as a business development officer and previously worked as a management consultant and with a number of start-ups. He has over 18 years experience in leveraged transactions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and growth financings and restructurings in multiple industries.

Anthony Contrafatto is an Executive Vice President for Steel City Capital Funding with responsibilities for underwriting and portfolio management. Previously, he worked for PNC Business Credit as the Internal Controls Manager and oversaw field examination, operations and the serviced portfolio.

Prior to joining PNC in 2001, Anthony spent 28 years with the asset-based lending division of Mellon Bank. He has extensive experience in portfolio management, underwriting, credit, and managing asset-based transactions, including leveraged financings, LBOs, recapitalizations and reorganizations.

Ronald has built an esteemed career in asset-based lending, working for various banks and commercial finance companies for the past 38 years.

Thomas Bugieda is a Vice President at Steel City Capital Funding and was previously a Vice President at PNC Business Credit with responsibility for a portfolio of accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining PNC in 2000, Thomas was a relationship manager at Bank of America Commercial Finance from 1999 to 2000 and also worked for Mellon Business Credit as Vice President with responsibilities as a relationship manager and national audit manager.

Thomas began his career with Associates Commercial Finance Corporation as a field examiner and has over 24 years experience in asset-based lending portfolio management and audit.

Susanna Siskind became a Vice President in Steel City Capital Funding after working as a Relationship Manager for turnaround and cash flow loans for two years. Previously, she worked for PNC Business Credit where she managed projects for field examination and actually designed and implemented a new field exam program.

Susanna has 10 years experience in asset-based lending portfolio management and field exam. She worked with Mellon Business Credit as a field examiner and then joined PNC Business Credit in 2002.
